Qualifications and responsibilities for this National Technical Service Manager position include:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on field service or technical support experience with agricultural, construction, or heavy equipment; agricultural dealership experience and a strong technical background are highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing dealer/distributor service networks, with the ability to lead, train, and supervise approximately 5–7 field service and technical support employees.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic control systems, including tractor loaders, implements, and auxiliary agricultural equipment.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation, with proficiency in electronic diagnostic tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office; BAAN experience is beneficial.
• Oversee national technical service operations, including warranty management, dealer communications, technical training, complex troubleshooting, and customer support throughout the United States and Canada.
• Manage service budgets, cost estimates, forecasting, and KPIs while collaborating with engineering and product teams in the United States and Europe to resolve technical and product-quality issues.
• Coordinate dealer visits and provide field support as needed, with approximately 30% domestic travel and occasional international travel; this is primarily an office-based position with a Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM schedule.
• Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Italian, French, or Spanish is a plus.

Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Higher compensation may be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates.
