Incumbent will 1) provide accurate and timely information about academic and co-curricular program offerings, services, costs and financial aid to prospective students, parents, guidance counselors, and other influencers; 2) expand and develop a network of relationships with JROTC instructors, counselors, coaches, community based UNG alumni, etc. to cultivate long term referral motivated relationships; and (3) expeditiously follow up with all new Corps inquires, applicants, and admitted cadets and their families to ensure they have all the information necessary to make an informed decision. Conduct outreach via a variety of methods including visiting high schools, planning and conducting virtual outreach, attending high traffic college fairs, conducting admissions presentations and managing recruitment correspondence via the SLATE CRM, text, phone calls and meeting with individual students to answer questions related to admissions requirements, academic programs, financial aid, and questions regarding student and cadet life at UNG.
