Ā· Conduct telephone interviews
Ā· Attend industry events
Ā· Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
Ā· Collecting employment and tax information
Ā· Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
Ā· Preparing new employee files
Ā· Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
Ā· Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
Ā· Responsible for developing and maintaining the schedules of company employees, all of whom work flexible shifts.

-Meet all of the criteria specified for a caregiver, since the position may require filling in for the caregiver under some circumstances
-Able to assess caregivers' skills, personalities, and interests sufficiently to provide input on good client/caregiver matches
-Demonstrate professionalism and responsiveness with prospective clients and others who may communicate with the agency
-Match client schedules with compatible caregivers
-Assuring that the schedule is current and up to date at any given time
-Office and clerical activities as directed
-Input of information into computer systems
-Support and assist other office staff as needed
-Fill in for caregivers when there is no one else available
-On call responsibilities
-Any other duty requested to maintain the operations of the business including caregiving duties
-Must pass all background screening with satisfactory results
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
Ā· One to two years of human resources and/or recruiting experience required.
