In this role, you will be responsible for:** - Designing and developing complex AI systems, from proof of concept to production deployment and maintenance - Building and deploying AI systems using on-premises and cloud-based technologies, including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Gemini - Use agentic coding tools such as Claude Code and/or Codex as part of the day-to-day development workflow to design, refactor, and ship code at high velocity - Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business processes for AI automation and translating business needs into technical specifications - Implementing safety, privacy, and security controls across AI systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements - Leading technical delivery of AI projects, including sprint planning, estimation, and code review - Other job duties as assigned Our team needs a professional who demonstrates initiative, technical expertise, and collaboration to design, build, and deliver production-grade artificial intelligence systems that automate and augment internal business processes.
