HR Works Consultants are hired to perform work for our clients which may supplement the client’s workforce or to provide assistance in special work situations such as, but not limited to, employee absences, skill shortages, seasonal workloads, or to perform special assignments or projects. In this role, consultants provide hands‑on guidance and support across the employee lifecycle, offering both strategic insight and operational expertise in areas that may include: Advising on payroll processes and ensuring accurate, compliant biweekly payroll execution.
