p>Essential Functions: • Software Safety Analysis • Perform the Safety Assurance activities on project/product development in accordance with the Safety process • Support tenders by providing Safety Estimates • Define the Safety Plan, including safety workload, and associated planning for the project/product development • Perform Safety Analysis • Apply the safety assurance methodologies (risk acceptance criteria, verification and validation) defined for the project/product development to meet the Safety Targets • Manage the Hazard Log through closure • Support V&V and T&C activities from a Safety perspective • Work with Engineering teams to integrate products into projects • Build the Safety Reports and/or the Safety Cases • Defend the Safety Case in front of external (ISA) assessors; define and follow-up action plans to close the findings of the assessors • Lead (if any) the Safety Assurance Engineers involved on the project / system / product (Internal or external resources) • Manage Safety Issues of fielded solutions.
