Job Description:
We are hiring a motivated and experienced Security Service Manager to oversee multiple client sites in the Springfield, MO area. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing teams across locations, and is passionate about delivering consistent, high-quality security services. Key Details:<ul><li>Location: Springfield, MO</li><li>Position: Security Service Manager</li><li>Salary: Up to $57,793.06 annually</li><li>Scope: Oversight of multiple client sites</li><li>Responsibilities: Team leadership, scheduling, client relations, and operational management across locations</li><li>Environment: Multi-site, fast-paced role with high visibility and growth potential</li></ul>This is a great opportunity for a strong leader looking to expand their impact by managing multiple accounts and driving performance across a broader operation. RESPONSIBILITIES: Caring Leadership, Client Engagement, and Operational Oversight:<ul><li>Ensure all security protocols and standards are consistently upheld; operate independently to manage frontline supervisors and security officers, meeting client-specific contractual hours while proactively minimizing unbilled overtime</li><li>Recruit, train, schedule, and manage supervisors and officers; execute payroll, performance evaluations, and employee relations to build high-performing, engaged security teams</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service that enhances the protection of people and property</li><li>Leverage Allied Universal’s AI technology and Business Intelligence platforms to track metrics, optimize employee schedules, and reduce non-billed overtime to achieve operational efficiency, productivity, revenue growth, cash collections, and profitability</li></ul>Safety and Compliance:<ul><li>Respond to escalated issues professionally, coordinating with clients and internal teams</li><li>Maintain training, safety, and operational standards while managing uniforms, equipment, and supplies</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):<ul><li>Must possess one of the following:</li><li><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, business, or a related field with a minimum of two (2) years of professional level experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization</li><li>Associate's degree in criminal justice, business, or a related field with a minimum of three (3) years of professional level experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years of professional level experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization</li></ul></li><li>Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment</li><li>Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle while conducting business</li><li>Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience in leading development, and retaining a diverse team while building positive client relationships</li><li>Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination</li><li>Skilled In managing a large and dispersed team that fosters teamwork, Innovation, agility, client relations and achieving desired results</li><li>Ability to maintain a profitable book of business by cross-collaborating and utilizing results-oriented problem-solving skills to meet both client and employee growth and satisfaction</li><li>Proven ability to evaluate situations, make sound independent decisions, and resolve conflicts in an efficient manner</li><li>Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li><li>Knowledge of safety protocols and delivery service</li><li>Experience with (BI) Business Intelligence tools for metrics analysis, reporting, automation, and presentations</li></ul>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):<ul><li>Professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion</li><li>Experience managing a dispersed workforce in a multi-location operation</li><li>Law enforcement, military and/or contract or proprietary security services, or facility management experience</li><li>American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), International Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification</li><li>Previous payroll, billing and scheduling experience</li><li>Aptitude with security systems; CCTV, Access Control, and badge administration</li><li>Graduate of certified public safety academy (e.g., Law Enforcement, Firefighter/Paramedic, Corrections Officer)</li></ul>BENEFITS:<ul><li>Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, retirement plan and disability insurance</li><li>Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days</li><li>Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
