li>Manage the organization’s Federal Explosives License (FEL) or Federal Explosives Permit (FEP); coordinate the addition of Employee Possessors (EPs) to the company’s FEL/FEP by submitting ATF Form 5400.28 (Explosives Employee Possessor Questionnaire) and facilitating ATF background check processing to confirm each employee is not a prohibited person; manage all renewals, amendments, and compliance correspondence with ATF. - Serve as the primary accountable officer for all Arms, Ammunition, and Explosives (AA&E) held at both Colorado locations, ensuring protection and accountability in accordance with DoDM 5100.76 (Physical Security of Sensitive Conventional Arms, Ammunition and Explosives) and applicable successor directives.
