• Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties
• Assist in organizing and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
• Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a clerical assistant or in a related role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
