Qualifications/Requirements:
• College Degree preferred, but not required • Customer service experience (1-2 years preferred) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment • Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude • Basic math skills and attention to detail • Sales or sales support experience • Knowledge of our industry or products.
