The ED RCM operationalizes revenue cycle strategy, drives KPI performance, and ensures Epic Revenue Cycle-enabled workflows support accurate charge capture, timely billing, regulatory compliance, and optimal cash flow, with scope and priorities aligned to evolving organizational needs, reporting jointly to the Medical Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and ODU Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Department Objective: The Medical Group Revenue Cycle function ensures the financial integrity and sustainability of Medical Group operations by delivering accurate charge capture, compliant billing, effective payer management, and timely collections across all practices.
