Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manager on Duty during the busiest times. The Assistant Restaurant Manager is expected to provide leadership and strategic direction and ensure that service is focused on exceeding member and guest expectations, which align with the Club’s service goals and initiatives.
The work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noise, as well as exposure to non-weather related wet, humid, extreme heat and extreme cold conditions .
