Duties and Responsibilities:
ā¢ Manager on Duty during the busiest times. The Assistant Restaurant Manager is expected to provide leadership and strategic direction and ensure that service is focused on exceeding member and guest expectations, which align with the Clubās service goals and initiatives.
Job Description:
The manager will ensure the seamless integration of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. The manager will assist the General Manager or Assistant General Manager with planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and delegating responsibilities to hourly employees.
The work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noise, as well as exposure to non-weather related wet, humid, extreme heat and extreme cold conditions .
