The assistant coach will assist in the everyday operations of the program which may include: assisting with practices, games, film breakdown, scouting, recruiting and academic progress, assist with fundraising activities and budget management, planning travel accommodations, complying with NCAA, conference and University rules and policies as well as other duties assigned by the head coach. A potential candidate’s consideration will be enhanced by providing evidence of: Playing experience, preferably at the four-year level, Ability to organize and administer practice sessions, ability to navigate social media, demonstrated ability to provide competent support in the administrative requirements of a baseball program (travel coordination, reconciliation of documents, scheduling, and recruiting), First Aid and CPR certified.
