The Residential Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of a residential care facility serving individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or behavioral disorders under ODP 6400 Regulations. The Residential Manager is responsible for managing staff, maintaining a safe and supportive environment, and working closely with families, service providers, and other stakeholders.
