Tennessee Oncology’s transition to practice program is a year-long program to assist new graduate registered nurses in their transition to independent, oncology practice.
p>• Responding to customer issues (reactive and proactive) • Evaluating the problem • Using hands-on-keyboard skills to solve for the issue • Escalating to engineering with as much detail as possible when you can't • Involved in developing and testing and solutions in strategically and tactically significant applications and use cases, including file protocols, machine learning, object storage, and high-performance computing at customer sites and in the lab • Working directly with customers, and various business functions: consulting pre-sales teams on technical sales activities, supporting Professional Services with onsite field activities and our engineering teams to solve technical problems. Accountable to complete daily technical operations and escalations including direct work on technical support issues to full resolution and closure requiring interfacing with customer and development teams.

p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Provides general service management which includes intake, education (services available and application procedures) and referral of residents to service providers in the general community. These social services may include meals-on-wheels; transportation, home health aides, homemakers, financial assistance, counseling, preventative health screening, and other needed services.

Assists participants in acquiring and utilizing desired community services to address social determinants of health such as housekeeping, meals, transportation, personal services, financial assistance, adult day care, counseling, and other services requested while in compliance under the policies and restrictions outlined by contract or program such as HUD and various accrediting organizations.
