Duties include but are not limited to: • Project Guidelines and Communication: Develops a project management plan in conjunction with the appropriate cross-functional teams, outlining planning, execution, and closeout milestones in addition to communication and contingency plans • Leads multi-disciplinary Study Management Team • End-to-end management of clinical studies to ensure appropriate resourcing and timely and high-quality delivery by all functional areas.
This may include but not limited to taking the role of a senior level contributor on a project team and ensuring high quality and timely delivery of own deliverables, generating study specific status reports for study teams, Sponsors and/or management, and attend project team meetings as required at the project level. Previous product management experience delivering complex digital software solutions, with significant experience in clinical research, laboratory services, life sciences, or other regulated industries that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 12+ years' experience). This role requires deep expertise in digital product management within regulated environments, strong knowledge of laboratory systems and data, and demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
