p>Data Management, Clinical Support & Collaboration ā¢ Assist with sample collection, biomarker analysis, and data analysis from human clinical trials ā¢ Collect, store, and perform preliminary analysis of research and clinical data in accordance with approved protocols ā¢ Compile, write, and submit project results to Principal Investigators and collaborating investigators ā¢ Organize laboratory activities and obtain permissions for visitors, contracts, and interns ā¢ Supervise and train new laboratory personnel and interns ā¢ Collaborate with technicians, students, postdoctoral fellows, visiting scientists, and staff using established scientific protocols. Laboratory Management, Compliance & Oversight ā¢ Support managerial duties including planning training and research activities for assigned laboratory personnel ā¢ Supervise job performance and ensure personnel have required supplies and resources ā¢ Maintain laboratory compliance with institutional and regulatory guidelines ā¢ Prepare, edit, and submit IBC protocols and maintain laboratory safety documentation and chemical inventories ā¢ Submit and track laboratory orders using FileMaker and iLAB and maintain updated CFS and vendor records ā¢ Monitor workflow, plan supply needs, maintain equipment, and prepare stock solutions.
