Background in field service operations is highly preferred; • Experience with data analysis and interpretation of locomotive failure and repair data; • Proven experience working cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, commercial and other teams; • Experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies with practical experience in tools like Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Visual Management, and A3 Problem Solving; • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and drive insights; • Detail oriented with a focus on compliance, auditing, and process adherence; • Excellent communication skills for engaging with both internal stakeholders and customers; • Ability to lead and influence teams toward a culture of continuous improvement. This role serves as the leader of process focusing on work scope compliance, data quality and material process compliance while working cross-functionally with engineering, quality and other key stakeholders.
