Respond to routine inquiries regarding legal process, matter status, requested documentation, and next steps, and communicate attorney-approved guidance and requests in a clear and professional manner, coordinating with attorneys on matters involving legal interpretation, escalations, disputes, or agency communications. This role is responsible for supporting the Legal team's Merchandising and Marketing practice through legal and factual research, coordination of legal intake, preparation of attorney-ready summaries and draft materials, and facilitation of communications with internal business partners, outside parties, and regulatory agencies.
