The Senior Preconstruction Manager is a key role within the preconstruction team, working on medium to large projects between RFP and project construction start. The Senior Preconstruction Manageranalyzes construction documents, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare schedules, logistics, general conditions/requirements, constructability review, and estimates based on the project needs.
