Self-Service Governance: Governance models for business-built solutions and low-code platforms, fusion-team patterns, and guardrails designed to enable delivery rather than gate it. Enterprise Architecture: Target-state modeling, reference architectures, roadmaps, and architecture governance, grounded in a recognized framework such as TOGAF (must-have).

Where Forward Deployed Engineering embeds with a business unit to solve one team's problem, AI Engineering builds the enterprise products every other team depends on: Nexus, our agentic workspace, where employees build, test, run, and manage governed AI applications, agents, and shared skills; Accio, our centralised MCP server, which acts as a passthrough and logic centre for enterprise datasets, consuming other MCP servers and presenting them through one governed interface; and the orchestration, evaluation, and observability services beneath Libros and PRISM, two of the projects we are delivering with Percepta. Much of this work is deliberate SaaS decommissioning: where a capability currently bought as a SaaS subscription can be built in-house instead, you own that build end-to-end and see the displaced product retired, so the firm consolidates onto governed, in-house capability rather than paying for overlapping tools.

The controls you build land on our two central platforms: Nexus, our agentic workspace, where employees and citizen developers build and run AI applications, agents, and shared skills; and Accio, our centralised MCP server, which consumes other MCP servers and presents enterprise datasets through one governed interface. Create self-service governance patterns and templates so approved teams can build safely without repeated manual approvals, and embed control checks and evidence capture into repositories, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment workflows.

As a Manager, you lead solution design and workstream delivery within transformation programs, develop client relationships, and own architecture decisions from design through to production: Design and architect AI solutions: Design multi-agent systems (planning, execution, evaluation, and coordination roles), LLM integrations, and RAG pipelines on vector databases (Qdrant, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate), and own those decisions through to production delivery. Fit the solution into major enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, data platforms, cloud infrastructure), the core services and deployment patterns of AWS, Azure, and GCP, and the operating model structures that make AI adoption work in practice, not just on paper.
