li>Coordinate and direct the efforts of all unit members to fulfill service responsibilities, objectives, and the overall effectiveness of the unit:
Ensure all agency procedures are followed;
Utilize unit members' strengths and help them improve weaknesses;
Foster communication concerning marketing, servicing, and lessons learned;
Promote teamwork;
Prepare and deliver timely performance appraisals for those associates directly supervised; comply with the Lockton Performance Improvement process.
The Associate Director, Real Estate is responsible for servicing and marketing the needs of Lockton clients to maximize company revenue, and to build and maintain client, carrier, and other provider relationships.
