To Thrive in This Role, You Will Need: Familiar with conducting field tours, using BIM tools, and delivering clear, actionable reports Ability to read and interpret construction documents and technical reports Experience leading preconstruction meetings and performing scheduled site inspections Skilled in working with client QA teams and guiding on-site inspectors to ensure compliance Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and follow through Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Understanding of and commitment to the company's values: Team, Excellence, Service, and Trust. Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds.
