Main responsibilities are working with the QA Manager and the quality staff on key programs such as third party audits, regulatory audits, customer audits, departmental goals and objectives (KPI's), keeps current with quality assurance projects and key performance indicators, ensures continuity of key programs, and acts as a liaison between quality, operations and corporate management in the absence of the Quality Manager. Performs other duties including but not limited to handling customer complaints, communicating holds and discrepancies with supervisors and other departments; completing various reports by maintaining bill of materials, the corporate specification system, maintaining hold logs, completing weekly and monthly reports as assigned by the QA Manager.
