Responsible for a variety of customer service and security related duties that include providing information and assistance to visitors, employees, and staff; patrolling areas to detect security, safety and/or fire hazards; securing buildings; monitoring and controlling access to buildings and parking lots; information security; reporting incidents through detailed documentation; responding to calls for service; and assisting local authorities during emergencies.
