Able to stand, bend, twist, turn, stoop, squat, sit, kneel, pull, push, and walk long distances on hard surfaces, wading in ponds; working in attics; working outdoors for extended periods of time in all weather conditions: Hot, cold, snow, ice, rain, humidity, etc. Work orders are to be completed as soon as possible after being received by the Maintenance department, and, with the exception of emergencies or potentially hazardous situations, in the order in which they are received: emergencies and potentially hazardous situations will receive top priority.
