Facilitate timely workup of patients for access management, dialysis services, patient education, hospitalizations, and kidney transplantation as appropriate, and ensures coordination of care with the multidisciplinary renal team. Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers.
p>This is a hands-on field leadership role best suited for a superintendent with a strong finish carpentry, millwork, or luxury interior background who understands craftsmanship, scheduling, and client service expectations in occupied residential environments. Our Construction Superintendent – Finish Carpentry & High-End Residential is responsible for leading all on-site construction activities for high-end residential renovation projects throughout New York City.
p>· Minimum two (2) years’ experience as a Law Enforcement Officer and/or Military Police Officer or six (6) months experience as a security officer engaged in functions related to detailing civil or administrative detainees or, two (2) years active-duty military service with an honorable discharge. Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods of time; most of the time spent sitting will be in a transportation vehicle with limited opportunity to move about.
