Professional Qualifications and Skills • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field • 3-7 years of experience in IT project management or related roles • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Trello • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership • Experience working with enterprise IT systems and processes • Familiarity with cloud-based project management and collaboration tools • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.
