The role also involves processing and handling domestic and international mail and library collections shipments; managing room set-up activities for high-profile administrative and donor events; using a variety of equipment, tools and technologies to streamline day-to-day workflows; and collecting building and service usage statistics to facilitate data-driven decision making.
