Bachelors degree in Construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent experience • Minimum five years of excavation experience • Experience with large self-perform excavation projects preferred • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred • Preference for candidates with experience in one or more of the following: commercial construction, renewable energy project development, EPC contracting, or emerging technologies • Site development- data centers experience preferred • Proven ability to assist with all responsibilities for large excavation projects • Renewable or site development experience preferred • Detail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasks • Possess a basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices • Microsoft Office, project, and pertinent web application skills at an intermediate level.
