Assist with scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation. Coordinate between office teams, field staff, and clients to help keep projects on schedule. Support site visits, project meetings, and reporting activities as needed. Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project. Comfortable working in a team-focused environment with long-term growth into a Project Manager role. Strong communicator who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Self-perform experience is a plus but not required. Degree preferred, but not a requirement.What's On OfferAn estimated salary range of $70,000 - $90,000.
