li>Collect data and information regarding program outputs to include, but not limited to, the number of veterans and family members served, demographic data, and other metrics as requested by the leadership team in report form using the VA SSG Fox SPGP Data Collection Tool, VA SSG Fox SPGP data dashboards and Salesforce. The Program Manager for the SSG Fox Suicide Prevention Grant Program (SPGP) plays a pivotal role in the implementation and management of grant-funded initiatives aimed at reducing suicide rates among veterans, particularly focusing on the SSG Fox SPGP demographic.
By leveraging data, benchmarking, and human‑factors principles, the Program Manager will ensure hazards are proactively identified and controlled, lessons learned are effectively shared, and safety practices are consistently embedded across the organization to improve performance and prevent incidents. Ability to create a high energy team climate whereby team members are free to discuss relevant issues and with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, questioning the value of every activity and creating better solutions.
li>Collaborate with staff and management of multiple worldwide business units (including subject matter experts, product management, SRE teams, and platform engineering) to clearly identify, explain, and communicate their project involvement, project goals, expectations, and tasks. Minimum Qualifications:
- NYS License/Registration as a Registered Nurse: MSN and two years of post-licensure acute care experience (preferably in a specialty area) or BSN and 4 years of post-licensure acute care experience required.
