This role leads a large-scale health plan transformation initiative, including transition to a new carrier model, Aetna-focused payer migration, operational readiness, governance, go-live planning, and post-implementation stabilization. Experience managing TPA transitions, carrier migrations, dual claims environments, and go-live stabilization required.

This strategic candidate will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships, responding to client opportunities, develop and work with multiple Tetra Tech environmental and engineering resources to support the project execution on all project activities across electric transmission projects and services.
