Salus Populi: Educating the Judiciary about the Social Determinants of Health (SP) is a project in collaboration with the Center for Health Policy and Law (CHPL) at Northeastern University School of Law and the Institute for Health Equity and Social Justice Research (Institute) at Northeastern University that seeks to provide guidance and training to judges and lawyers on the impact of the law on the social determinants of health (SDOH).

p>The Associate Program Director/Open Rank Clinical Faculty in the Doctor of Medical Sciences Healthcare Leadership program is responsible for assistance and support of the Program Director and assistance in the overall management of the Program with a crucial role in educating and mentoring students, developing leaders in the healthcare industry, and contributing to the overall academic environment of the Program and Department. Please summarize your past instructional and mentorship experiences, your pedagogical philosophy, your plans/goals for teaching in the Bouvé College of Health Sciences (including existing and proposed courses), and your strategies for teaching and mentoring a diverse cohort of undergraduate and graduate students.
This role leads a large-scale health plan transformation initiative, including transition to a new carrier model, Aetna-focused payer migration, operational readiness, governance, go-live planning, and post-implementation stabilization. Experience managing TPA transitions, carrier migrations, dual claims environments, and go-live stabilization required.
