BA/BS degree in Human Resources (HR) or related discipline and two (2) to four (4) years of direct experience working as a full-cycle recruiting coordinator in a high-volume recruitment environment or six (6) years of direct experience as a Human Resources Coordinator in a mid-sized company, preferred. Ā Collaborate directly with the CompanyĀs internal Recruiter to call on potential job candidates, conduct initial phone screen, arrange interview appointments, facilitate pre-employment background screening, preemployment drug testing, send interview confirmations and notices.
