p>Grant Oversight & Program Sustainability: Provide educational leadership for grant-funded fellowship positions, including HRSA-supported training programs; partner with departmental leadership and administrative teams on grant compliance, reporting, and outcome tracking; contribute to grant renewals and long-term sustainability planning for fellowship training and workforce development initiatives.
Educational Oversight:
Design, implement, and continuously refine the fellowship curriculum; ensure appropriate supervision, duty hour compliance, and competency-based education; promote professionalism, universal acceptance, and fellow well-being; protected Program Director time provided per ACGME requirements; dedicated administrative support provided by a program coordinator/manager.
