Assists in leading and engaging residents in the 7 domains of well-being programs purposeful, intellectual, social, spiritual, emotional and physical in a dementia friendly structured environment; including sensory focused small groups for residents who cannot participate in a large group setting. In alignment with Brookdales Resident and Family Engagement philosophy, assists in providing person centered programs while engaging residents in meaningful and purposeful dementia care programs within the Brookdale community enhancing their quality of life.
