Active Medical Assistant certification such as: Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) with proof of current membership from American Medical Technologists (AMT) or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with proof of current membership from American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) with proof of current membership from National Health Career Association (NHA) (Test administered after 7/1/2017 only) or National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) with proof of current membership from National Certified Competency Testing (NCCT). In this position, you will have daily chart prep responsibilities for patient visits, room patients, obtain patient vitals, document activities, download patient test results, collaborate with Home Sleep Study and In-Lab Sleep Study teams, medication/test authorizations, and communications responsibilities via EMR, phone, and other electronic methods.

JOB SUMMARY - Leadership Development Executive Assistant (Hybrid) The Leadership Development Executive Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Leadership Development team by coordinating and managing logistics for the leadership development department. This includes but is not limited to being an ambassador for our Ascend leadership brand, booking hotels, ordering food, and managing various administrative tasks within Pennant systems.

JOB SUMMARY - Leadership Development Administrative Assistant (Hybrid) The Leadership Development Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Leadership Development team by coordinating and managing logistics for the leadership development department. The EAA will also support the President and CEO as needed and assist senior executives traveling within the D.C. area, collaborating closely with the Assistant to the President and other Executive Administrative Assistants.
