Qualifications: ⢠2-3 years of professional design experience in-house, at agencies, or freelance ⢠Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field ⢠Portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling, strategic thinking, and execution across digital and print channels ⢠Experience designing for healthcare, science, biotech, or technology sectors (a strong plus) ⢠Background working across multiple formats: digital advertising, print collateral, motion graphics, social media, and video ⢠Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign ⢠Experience with motion and video tools: After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar platforms ⢠Understanding of design systems, component libraries, and scalable brand guidelines ⢠Familiarity with digital marketing best practices and platform-specific requirements (social, display, email).
