Essential Functions: • Maintain and generate residual sales for specific existing Retail Space Solutions and/or Trade Fixtures customers within a defined market segment with accountability to achieve/exceed the segment's annual sales budget (quota) • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to retain a client-inside sales manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling including outbound prospect qualification and account research and inbound prospect qualification and follow-up • Meet customers face to face occasionally in-person with Outside Sales for key projects 1x/year with "80" customers • Work closely with sales team to qualify new leads and close sales • Maintain use of customer CRM database ensuring accuracy and integrity • Attain customer satisfaction and maintain positive customer relations • Manage and solve conflicts with clients.
