    HiFyve is hiring a Plant Manager in the plastics industry in Garland, TX!

    Salary: $145,000–$165,000/year

    Shift: 1st shift, Monday–Friday

    Location: On-site (Garland, TX)


    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Lead all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse functions

    • Drive daily execution to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets

    • Oversee plant financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

    • Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives focused on SQDCP metrics

    • Improve equipment reliability, uptime, and preventive maintenance programs

    • Ensure consistent product quality and on-time delivery through effective scheduling and execution

    • Manage inventory accuracy, material flow, and ERP/SAP compliance

    • Build and develop a high-performing leadership team and plant culture

    • Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational issues and improve performance


    Education Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred

    • Equivalent combination of experience and technical training considered


    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • 10+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience, preferably in plastics

    • 5+ years of plant leadership with full operational responsibility

    • Strong understanding of production processes, maintenance, quality systems, and warehousing

    • Experience with ERP/SAP systems and inventory controls

    • Proven ability to improve OEE, reduce scrap, and minimize downtime

    • Strong financial acumen including budgeting and cost reduction strategies

    • Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience

    • Effective leadership, communication, and team-building skills

    • Ability to work across shifts and maintain strong floor presence
