Design, develop, and manage a comprehensive stewardship program for individual and institutional contributorsLead donor acknowledgment, recognition, reporting, and engagement initiativesDevelop impactful stewardship reports demonstrating the outcomes of donor investmentsCoordinate and manage stewardship events that educate and engage donorsSupport the development and fulfillment of major gift agreements, endowment gifts, and multi-year pledgesPartner with Finance and legal consultants to ensure compliance with gift policies and accounting requirementsMaintain donor and sponsor recognition content on cmog.orgDraft donor communications including proposals, appeal letters, acknowledgments, and stewardship materialsManage logistics and workflows for cultivation and stewardship events, including invitations, briefings, seating charts, and follow-up communications Drive Prospect Research & Pipeline Development. Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related fieldMinimum of five years of experience in advancement, donor stewardship, prospect research, or related fundraising rolesExperience using Raiser’s Edge or a comparable CRM databaseProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteStrong writing, research, analytical, and organizational skills
