Specialist acts as an internal expert, consultant and organizational process improvement champion who leads departmental and cross-functional teams, and assists with the coaching and mentoring of Green Belts, through all aspects of the continuous improvement effort using Lean, Six Sigma and other effective strategies and methodologies.
