Job Title: CAD / BIM Specialist
Location: Plano, TX
Pay Rate: $45 per hour

Summary

Support a project focused on converting and generating computer-aided design (CAD) spaces. The project supports a broader digital twin creation process by converting point-cloud data from scanning tools into usable 3D mesh files, ready for digital twin creation.

Responsibilities

Convert point clouds into 3D mesh files.
Use technical architecture, engineering, and construction software to assemble multiple point clouds.
Build 3D meshes for Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Requirements

Experience using software for Building Information Modeling (BIM) is preferred.
Relevant experience with any of the following software:
Leica GeoSystems (PinPoint or Cyclone 3DR), Autodesk Revit, CloudCompare, NavVis IVION, FARO SCENE, 3DReshaper
