You will work at the intersection of Business (e.g., creating/managing project budgets, approving inputs and updates to finance) and Science (e.g., interacting with scientists and technical lines across PharmSci) to enable the successful delivery of your projects. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Construction, Engineering & Tech Services and plays a key role in overseeing hotel renovations, PIPs, new builds, capital projects, and development support initiatives. Waterford Hotel Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Construction & Renovation Project Manager to support renovation, construction, and capital improvement initiatives across our growing hotel portfolio.

p>Essential Functions:

• Individual is assigned traditional projects requiring close stakeholder interaction such as large substation construction projects, new transmission line projects, major transmission facility expansion projects, or projects of medium/high complexity. This person independently manages large CAPEX transmission construction projects in Eastern Massachusetts to ensure all phases of approved projects are completed efficiently and within scope, on schedule, and within budget.

The EBIT PMO provides governance for project, program, and portfolio management processes and best practices, monitors performance of projects, programs, and portfolios, drives project delivery, and performs strategic planning to maximize business value. Project scopes include, but are not limited to, replacing or configuring network hardware, enhancing IT network security, firewall installations, and Audio/Visual (A/V) conference room configuration.
