Minimum Education and Experience: | - Managed Services experience required. This role represents an advanced technical position within Field Services and is responsible for independently managing complex customer environments, leading escalations, and serving as a technical authority for systems, networks, and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep expertise in system administration, networking, and server technologies while proactively driving solutions that improve client stability, performance, and security. · Review project scheduling requirements with project management or Master Scheduling before committing to delivery dates · Review purchase order, specifications and commercial terms to assure they are acceptable before sending acceptance letter · Take responsibility for resolving the final project scope, including all commercial and technical issues and final order acceptance · Complete the project turnover package. · Work with product technology specialists ( i.e process engineer, mechanical engineer) as required on complex designs to assure the best knowledge for the design and process guarantees · Travels to customer's facilities for site support and details needed for technical review and proposal generation. · Our customers rely on proactive efforts and communication as most often they are dealing with equipment requirements that are a critical path with direct impact to their revenue stream.
