Job Description:
Field Service Engineer position will be based out of Zeeco’s Tulsa office but this role will spend a majority of time in the field.

Working independently, handle troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance, and service repair needs of Beckman Coulter equipment, including providing excellent and efficient service to Beckman Coulter’s customers, along with technical training on products.

Our team puts emphasis into living our Vision, Mission and Values to be more than just a service provider – our Mitigation Managers are leading their teams to be first on site after disasters strike (i.e. floods, fires) and will be directing the mitigation crews to restore the property.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience: | - Managed Services experience required. This role represents an advanced technical position within Field Services and is responsible for independently managing complex customer environments, leading escalations, and serving as a technical authority for systems, networks, and infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep expertise in system administration, networking, and server technologies while proactively driving solutions that improve client stability, performance, and security.
