li>Collaborates weekly with key internal stakeholders for installations and evaluations, including the Clinical Specialist team, Field/Technical Service & Account Executives - working seamlessly in order to increase all team's efficiency and time with the customer. These sessions include coordinating hospital clinical and non-clinical demonstrations, in-person and virtual education programs, intra-operative case coverage, supporting product evaluations and ad hoc training when needed.
The IHSC provides on-site direct patient care to ICE detainees at 17 detention facilities throughout the country and manages the provision of off-site medical care for detainees housed in approximately 240 additional Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGSA) facilities.
