Build and maintain collaborative relationships with providers and their staff to support growth, retention, and performance improvement. You will spend the majority of your time visiting provider offices throughout the community, presenting performance insights, educating providers on Alignment programs and initiatives, and supporting strategies that help practices succeed while delivering high-quality care to Alignment members.
The IHSC provides on-site direct patient care to ICE detainees at 17 detention facilities throughout the country and manages the provision of off-site medical care for detainees housed in approximately 240 additional Intergovernmental Service Agreement (IGSA) facilities. This position is located within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), ICE Health Service Corps (IHSC), Office of the Deputy Assistant Director of Administration, IHSC Personnel Unit (IPU).
